MEZCAL LOVE is
Japan's first mezcal specialty bar.

Mezcal is a Mexican spirit distilled from agave, just like tequila.

Traditionally the agave is roasted slowly in an underground pit, where wood smoke and hot stone lend mezcal its smoky character.

From cultivated varieties to wild agave growing on mountainsides and rock.
Every bottle tastes different, carrying the land it grew on and the hands that made it.
